BRAZIL: The hull of the P-53 floating production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) was berthed to the QUIP’s Quay in the Port of Rio Grande on Sept. 20, two and a half weeks after arriving off the coast of Rio Grande in the state Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, on Sept. 4.
