Transas new-generation VDR/S-VDR 3200 receives type-approval

Transas has been awarded type-approval by QinetiQ, acting on behalf of the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA), for the Transas VDR/S-VDR 3200 Voyage Data Recorder. The QinetiQ type approval certifies that the Transas system meets the performance standards of the International Maritime Organisation

The QinetiQ type approval certifies that the Transas system meets the performance standards of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) carriage requirements for (Simplified) Voyage Data Recorders.
