StatoilHydro ASA, operator for Production Licence 265, has concluded the drilling of appraisal well 16/2-4.

In mid September 2007, StatoilHydro proved light oil with well 16/2-3 in low-permeability chalk in the Upper Cretaceous reservoir rocks. Discovery 16/2-3 is located 35 km east of the discovery 15/3-1 Gudrun in the central North Sea.
