Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) announces its acquisition of Metubsa S.A., a Spanish specialist in industrial maintenance. With 70 employees, Metubsa’s estimated revenue in 2007 is 4 million euro. The acquisition sum (including earn-out) is based on five times the EBITA for 2007. This acquisition price was paid in cash. The acquisition will contribute directly to the profit per share and provides a good basis for strengthening the position in the Spanish market for industrial technical services.
