Second tug boat body is recovered

Underwater search teams have found a second body inside a tug boat which capsized in the River Clyde. Strathclyde Police confirmed that Eric Blackley, 57, from Gourock, was located in the Flying Phantom during a recovery operation on Saturday morning.
