Deltamarin and the Brazilian offshore service company Petroserv S.A. have signed an engineering contract for the basic and detail engineering of the ‘Dynamic Producer’ (PIPA II) FPDSO for Brazilian Oilfields under a contract from Petrobras. Deltamarin has been awarded the design contract of the Engineering for Petroserv FPDSO conversion work. This is a unique project, being one of the very first vessels to be designed as FPSO with a drilling derrick and moonpool on deck (FPDSO). This conversion is based on an existing tanker.
