Eni Norge AS, operator of production licence 122, has concluded drilling of appraisal well 6507/2-4 on the 6507/2-2 discovery. Wildcat well 6507/2-2 made a discovery in 1992 with a volume of approximately 6.7 billion Sm3 of recoverable gas and 0.4 million Sm3 recoverable condensate in upper and lower Cretaceous reservoirs. The discovery is located approximately 21 km southwest of the Norne field.
