Rotterdam, 20 maart 2008 – Van Oord awarded a contract for laying a 150 KV cable.

The cable will be situated between Ellewoutsdijk and Terneuzen. The contract value amounts to EUR 23 million. The project will be executed in joint venture with Visser & Smit Hanab. Van Oord’ s share in the joint venture is 48%. Client is public utilities company Delta Infra BV. The execution will start on 1 May next and is scheduled for completion in November 2008.
