Parker Drilling Company (NYSE: PKD), a global drilling contractor and service provider, today announced that a subsidiary has executed an agreement to sell its 50 percent interest in its Saudi Arabian joint venture, Al-Rushaid Parker Drilling Company Ltd. (“ARPD”) to an affiliate of the Saudi company which currently owns the remaining 50 percent interest.
