Member of Parliament of the Peoples Movement for Democratic Change (PMDC) Tuesday told Concord Times that he was satisfied with the amendment of the 2003 merchant shipping act.

The amendment act was tabled before parliament for scrutiny by the minister of transport and aviation Kemoh Sesay after making some changes in the clauses that made up the act.
