News – June 26, 2008

The Technical Papers Committee of CEDA has decided that the theme for the Dredging Days 2009 conference will be: “Dredging tools for the future”.

The conference and the accompanying technical exhibition will take place 5-6 November 2009 in Rotterdam.

The day before, on 4 November, a technical visit is planned for the afternoon.

A Call for Papers will be issued during the CEDA Dredging Days 2008 in Antwerp.

Shortly after that conference brochures will be mailed to all members of CEDA.

If you are not a CEDA member but you wish to receive the brochure, please send an e-mail to the CEDA Secretariat (ceda@dredging.org).

The deadline for the submission of abstracts will be 15 January 2009.

Corporate members of CEDA are invited to sponsor the conference. Companies, organisation pledging sponsorship before 1 August 2008 will be acknowledged already in the Call for Papers brochure.
