Sweden’s PA Resources has stepped into a bigger financial league with the move from Norway’s Mid Cap to Large Cap market on the Nordic Stock Exchange.

“The step from Mid Cap to Large Cap is indeed an important and exciting milestone in PA Resources development,” commented PA president Ulrik Jansson.

”It shows the capital market and our shareholders that PA Resources business and assets are valued on a level comparable with many of the largest and most well-known listed companies in Sweden,” Jansson stated as the move was made.

Currently the E&P company has a market capitalisation of SEK 10 Bn – equalling €1.1 Bn.

PA first listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in October 2000 and had a second listing on the OMX Nordic Exchange in June 2006. Between September 1998 and June 2006 the company was also listed on Sweden’s Nordic Growth Market.
