Oil and Gas UK has lifted the lid on the entries for its 2008 Oil and Gas Awards which are aimed at highlighting outstanding achievement within the industry over the past year.
Nominations have been opened for all the award categories for individuals, young technicians, and mentoring, along with two corporate categories, for business innovation and professional development within supply chains.
The closing date for nominations is 4 August and awards are due to be presented to winners in November at a gala dinner.
Last year’s winners included a process technician from Wood Group Engineering North Sea, a Shell asset manager, and an instrument production technician working for Marathon UK.
