Industry association Oil and Gas UK is holding its next industry seminar in early September to discuss the European gas market.

The late summer breakfast seminar will examine how the gas market in Britain is evolving amid changes in the sources of supply and operating circumstances. “With indigenous production declining, the UK and the rest of the EU will need to draw their gas from increasingly diverse and longer distance sources,” Oil and Gas UK observes,

And the guest speaker will be Patrick Heren, founder and editorial advisor of Heren Energy publications.

The event takes places at Exchange House in Primrose Street, London, on 4 September starting at 8am.
