Norway’s Simtronics has landed a contract to supply a turnkey gas & flame detection, deluge valve and logic control system for a project in the Middle East.
Petrochemical Industries Design & Engineering Company (PIDEC) has asked Simtronics to supply the equipment as part of the ABADAN Refinery Renovation Project – phase III.
The deal is worth NOK 11.7m and is set for delivery in Q4 2008. Work will be carried out by Simtronics and subsidiary Water Mist Engineering.
