The world’s most advanced warship has docked at Merseyside as her first public port of call before her commission with the Royal Navy in July. HMS Daring, a Type-45 Destroyer, has anchored at the Cruise Liner Terminal in Liverpool for a four-day stay. The 5,800 tonne ship, in the Guinness Book of Records as the most advanced warship, was open to the public on Saturday and Sunday. The Daring has been involved in sea trials since she was launched in 2006.
