Halloween and carnival product manufacturer Rubie’s Masquerade is expanding its warehouse space in the port of Liverpool by more than 50% to 5,800sq metres. The New York-based firm said it was increasing its presence at Liverpool with a new 2,000sq metre storage shed to enable it to increase sales and improve service levels to its 1,500 UK retail customers and European distribution partners. UK MD Chris Isitt said: “Our business has grown so dramatically over the last three years that this increase in space is desperately needed to let us manage our present turnover more effectively and plan for further growth with the right resources in place.”
