Associated British Ports’ (ABP) has won a contract to import and store more than 100 wind turbines for Dong Energy at the port of Barrow. The agreement gives Dong Energy access to 7.2ha of land for the 102 wind turbines that will form Walney Offshore Windfarm off the Cumbrian Coast.
