St. Petersburg’s court of arbitration has found that the ownership of Western Terminal, which is part of the Oslo Marine Group, was illegally transferred to Sevzapallians and that the deal is thus invalid. According to SeaNews.ru, Sevzapallians (North-Western alliance) is an offshore company registered on Cyprus and can therefore only have an indirect connection with the hostile takeover of the terminal last week.
