Yantai Raffles launches elevating support vessel

China’s Yantai Raffles Shipyard has held a launching ceremony for its first elevating support vessel (ESV), one of the first of its kinds in the world. Present at the ceremony were Malcolm Farquhar, Remedial owner representative and Brian Chang, the Deputy Chairman of Yantai Raffles.
