Norway’s PA Resources has participated in a new deepwater oil find in the Republic of Congo operated by Murphy Oil. PA said the Turquoise Marine 1 well in which it has 35% was drilled in the Mer Profond Sud block off Congo and hit more than 41 m (134 ft) of net oil pay after being drilled in a water depth of 1,610 m (5,280 ft) to a measured depth of 3,675 m (12,054 ft). Turquoise Marine 1 is 28 km (17.5 miles) from the Azurite field. And it marks the second find for PA in the block,
