During yesterday’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, mr. M.P. Kramer was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. for a three year term.
mr. Kramer (59) has been Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie since 1 July 2005. He is also President of Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE) and President of the Board of Royal Dutch Gas Association (KVGN).
From 1992 to 2003 mr. Kramer held various positions with Statoil, where he was involved with up-, mid- and downstream activities within the oil and gas industry. Prior to that he held various positions within the global oil, gas and energy industry.
Mr. Kramer is considered a valuable addition to the Supervisory Board in view of the positions he holds and his national and international experience.
