USACE Proposes Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway Dredging (USA)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington Office requires a contract to provide Maintenance Dredging Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway Various Location, Hobucken and Core Creek Land Cuts and Bogue Inlet to Shallotte Inlet, Wilmington, North Carolina.

The contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Work consists of the removal and placement of approximately 800,000 cubic yards of unclassified materal for placement on various beaches and upland disposal areas to be determined.

Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.

The bid opening date will be specified on or about 29 July 2010.
