Divestment of stakes in Nordkraft and Salten Kraftsamband has been approved (Denmark)

On June 24 2010 DONG Energy announced an agreement to sell its ownership interests in Nordkraft and Salten Kraftsamband, two energy companies based in northern Norway, to a company in the Troms Kraft Group

The transaction has now been approved by the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy in Norway and is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2010.

The information provided in this announcement will not change DONG Energy’s previous financial guidance for the financial year 2010 or the expected investment level.
