Transas Marine has signed an unprecedented VTMS contract with Libyan Ports and Maritime Transport Authority (PMTA) to supply and install the national Coastal Surveillance System Libya. The system will provide coverage of the whole Libyan coast, which covers almost 2,000 kilometres from Tunisia to Egypt, as well the 15 main ports in Libya.
