The bulk carrier Heroic is the very last major newbuilding from a Danish shipyard. Heroic, hull no. 232, was delivered from Odense Steel Shipyard and the last in a series of six Capesize bulk carriers built for two Greek companies. The vessels were ordered in 2007, when the yards in the Far East were booked up. Since then, the Lemos Group has cancelled the two last units of the original order of eight bulk carriers.
