London-listed PetroNeft Resources has reported a new oil find in the Former Soviet Union within its arbuzovskaya in Licence 61 area. PetroNeft said the Arbuzovskaya 1 well, drilled 10 km (6.25 miles) west of the Lineynoy oil field kicked off on 10 October and intersected an Upper Jurassic J1 oil reservoir at a measured depth of 2,566 metres (8,416 ft).
