EV Offshore is head-quartered in Norwich but recognising the changing nature of their geographical presence EV has changed its name, dropping the Offshore, and from now on will be known solely as EV.

In addition to the new corporate identity they have re-branded their main product from Evoleye to Optis™ again choosing to work with Brand Experience.

“The new brands reflect our culture as a technology driven, easy to work with and global business. Our new website demonstrates how our Optis ™ remote camera technology can help clients resolve problems” says CEO Neill Francis.

In November 2010 EV moved into new, modern bases in Aberdeen, UK and Lafayette, USA. The Aberdeen base, on the prestigious Science and Energy Park, will provide operational capability for the Eastern Hemisphere and the Lafayette base will provide operational capability for the Western Hemisphere. Both bases will provide their full range of Wellbore and Facilities to Seabed services.

All this growth follows an investment in EV by Lime Rock Partners in July 2010. Lime Rock’s investment has allowed EV to complete the development of the Optis E-line technology and globalise their services.

EV’s new website can be found at www.evcam.com and Brand Experience can be found at www.brandex.co.uk
