Leading global oilfield service company Expro has announced it has been awarded a multi-disciplinary contract by Bunga Mas International Company.

The contract will see Expro utilise its Drill Stem Test (DST) tools, Surface Testing Equipment and Slickline Services to provide complete Well Testing Services to Bunga Mas.

Ed Anderson, Expro’s Asia region director , said: “We are delighted by this contract award and the opportunity to work with Bunga Mas. This contract is evidence of our capacity to deliver specialist services and provide the most accurate and reliable well test results.

“At Expro we have made a considerable investment to enhance our DST capabilities, and we are now able to offer our customers a complete package of exploration and appraisal Well Testing Services.”

Work on the project, in Bunga Mas Block, South Sumatra in Indonesia, will begin in Q4 2010 and will continue until 2011.
