Acergy has booked a new contract for operations offshore Brazil under a new deal with operator Petrobras. Petrobras has contracted Acergy as part of a consortium working with native company Odebrecht Oil and Gas – to install an 18-inch 150 km (93.75 mile) rigid gas pipeline as part of the Sul-Norte Capixaba project, which will link the shallow water Camarupim field to a processing complex at Parque das Baleias in Brazil.
