China Dredging Reports Third Quarter 2010 Financial and Operational Highlights

China Dredging Group Co., Ltd. (“China Dredging”), one of the leading dredging subcontractors in the P.R.C., today announced selected financial and operational results for the three months ended September 30, 2010. China Dredging Group Co., Ltd. (“China Dredging”), one of the leading dredging subcontractors in the P.R.C., today announced selected financial and operational results for the three months ended September 30, 2010.

Revenue $45.4 million,

Income from operations $23.5 million,

Net income $17.3 million,

Net cash provided by operating activities $24.9 million

China Dredging had nine dredgers in operation throughout the third quarter. Backlog as of September 30, 2010 was $124.1 million.

Mr. Alfred Ho, CFO of China Dredging stated, “We are pleased with the third quarter performance. We are well on our way to achieve our annual financial objectives for FY 2010.”
