Anne Bramman has been named senior vice president/chief financial officer at Miami-based Carnival Cruise Lines. In this capacity, Bramman is responsible for all facets of the company’s financial and accounting functions. In addition, she will also oversee the shoreside human resources department. Bramman will join Carnival on Dec. 13, reporting to Gerry Cahill, the company’s president and CEO. She replaces Paul Zacharski, the company’s longtime CFO, who is retiring after 28 years at Carnival.
