Entitled “Dredging, Dredging Products and Sustainable Development ” and organised by the Tunisian Committee of CEDA under the leadership of Mr Riath Hentati, PDG de la SEACNVS, Tunisia, the seminar attracted over 90 experts representing public departments and ministries, ports, engineering firms, marine works contractors, academia and students.

The seminar took place in Hammamet. Spread over three days (22-23-24 October 2010) and presented in five technical sessions, most papers dealt with environmental subjects, in particular environmental monitoring.

CEDA was represented by Mr Bart Callaert, Envisan, Belgium who also addressed participants during the opening.
