The former Swedish ferry Bilbao will return to the Baltic Sea in 2011. Irish Continental Group plc announces that it has entered into an agreement for the sale of the ferry to the company St Peter Line, which is registered on Cyprus. The ferry is sold for EUR 37.7 million, payable in instalments up to September 2016. The transaction is in the form of a bareboat/hire purchase agreement under which the vessel is chartered by Irish Continental Group to St Peter Line.
