Havyard Group is strengthening their efforts and focus in the Brazilian market by creating Havyard South America. Through our new company we can give much better support to Brazilian customers wishing to buy Havyard Group`s products and services.
Havyard South America`s office in Rio de Janeiro is planned to be ready for 1st January 2011 and the new Havyard branch rents office space at Innovation Norway`s office building in Torre Rio Sul. The office is situated in the same building as the Norwegian Consulate in Rio.
Kjell-Peder Overvåg has extensive experience within the maritime industry. He has worked as a Ship Manager for Farstad Shipping in the last 8 years, nearly five of these in Brazil. Previously, Overvåg has worked four years as an Area Sales Manager at Rolls-Royce Ship Technology.

I have been following Havyard Group`s development over the last years and I know that we are capable of delivering products and services that will be attractive and competitive within this market.
