New tactics help pirates capture two more vessels

Somali pirates have seized a Liberian cargo vessel and are believed to be holding its crew of 24 hostage. The European Union’s anti-piracy force, EU NAVFOR, said the pirates used small arms and rocket-propelled grenades to attack the MV Renuar about 2,000km off the Somali shores on Saturday.
