Dong Energy has offloaded minor stake in an offshore wind farm in exchange for a stake in an electricity utility. Dong has completed a swap deal with Germany’s Stadtwerke Lübeck through which Stadtwerke Lubeck exchanges its 25.1% in electricity utility Dong Energy Sales, for an indirect 7.25% stake in the 165.6 Megawatt Nysted Offshore Wind Farm.
