Lamprell , a leading provider of specialist engineering services to the international oil & gas and renewable energy industries, based in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”), makes the following announcement:
“Lamprell has been informed by Scott Doak (Chief Financial Officer) that he wishes to leave the Company by the end of 2011 to pursue other interests. Scott will, by then, have spent almost five years with the Company and played his part in taking the Company on to The London Stock Exchange AIM market, on to the Main List and through one of the most difficult periods the industry has ever faced. The Company is seeking a successor to Scott. Scott will facilitate the handover to the new person when he or she has been appointed.
There have been no changes to the Board’s expectations for the 2010 results, following the Interim Management Statement on November 18th. Bid activity remains high and the Board remains confident that the long term prospects of the Group remain promising.”
