According to the report of the public relations of the NIGC, he said that details on the discovery of these new gas fields will be announced by the Iranian Oil Minister on the Islamic Republics’s anniversary in February.

“Currently, a working group consisting of experts from the National Iranian Oil Company and Oil Ministry’s planning department have embarked on studying the oil and gas reserves of each one of the country’s hydrocarbon fields”, Deputy planning of the Oil Minister, Mohsen khojasteh Mehr said.
