Norway: DOF Signs Two Charter Agreements with ConocoPhillips

DOF has been awarded two six-year charter contracts with ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS for two supply vessels of STX PSV 09 design.

DOF has been awarded two six-year charter contracts with ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS for two supply vessels of STX PSV 09 design. Both contracts include additional option periods. The operating area will be in the North Sea.

The vessels are scheduled for delivery from STX OSV, Aukra, respectively 4th quarter 2011 and the 1st quarter of 2012. Both vessels are owned by PSV Invest I AS, where DOF ASA owns 48% of the shares.

The contracts are entered into at market conditions and it is agreed with ConocoPhillips that the commercial terms of the contracts will not be published.
