Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P. announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a cash distribution of $0.3375 for the 2010 fourth quarter.
The distribution corresponds to $1.35 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on February 14, 2011 to all unitholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2011, together with the distribution to the general partner.
The Partnership has scheduled its 2010 fourth quarter financial results to be released after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, March 1, 2011.
