Liquid Niugini Gas Limited, a partnership between InterOil Corporation, and Pacific LNG Limited is pleased to announce that Mr. Al Conrad Kerr Jr. has joined as Vice President of LNG Marketing and Sales.

Mr. Kerr spent 12 years in the ExxonMobil Gas Marketing Company working on Qatar, and West Africa LNG projects and held the position of Managing Director, and head of global LNG for Merrill Lynch Commodities Inc. Mr. Kerr has 30 years of experience in the energy industry, with the last 15 exclusively in various commercial, and development aspects the LNG business.

Mr. Kerr will continue his obligations in other energy projects he is associated with, while taking the lead role in developing and executing LNG off take Supply and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) for Liquid Niugini Gas Limited (LGNL).

Mr. Kerr stated, “The LNGL project has reached critical mass with the PNG Project Agreement, development with Mitsui, and the recent advanced stage of LNG production partner contracts. Commercialization is imminent, the projects low unit cost of production and the strategically advantaged geographical location of PNG, will give our LNG supply a strong competitive edge. With all the Project advantages, I am pleased to be part of the team.”
