The Directors of Dart Energy Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Clarke as a non-Executive Director of Dart.

Mr Clarke (60) is a former investment banker and a Resident of Hong Kong. He worked for over thirty years in Sydney, Hong Kong, London, New York and Tokyo and has been living in Hong Kong for the past twenty years. Most of his career was spent at Salomon Brothers and at Merrill Lynch where he served as Chairman of the Asia Pacific region for nearly a decade. In addition to his banking roles he has also served on numerous government and regulatory committees and boards in both London and Hong Kong.

Since retirement he has been involved in non-executive roles at a number of financial institutions and private companies and has been active with numerous charities, foundations and trusts in Hong Kong.

Dart Chairman Nick Davies commented, “We are delighted that Peter has joined the Board. He brings that critical mix of Asian business understanding, banking industry experience and a record of sound business judgement that will serve us well. We welcome Peter to the Board.”
