The board of directors of El Paso Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share on the company’s outstanding common stock.
The dividend will be payable April 1, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 4, 2011.
Outstanding shares of common stock entitled to receive dividends as of January 31, 2011 were 704,483,871.
El Paso Corporation provides natural gas and related energy products in a safe, efficient, and dependable manner. The company owns North America’s largest interstate natural gas pipeline system, one of North America’s largest independent oil and natural gas producers and an emerging midstream business.
