The port of Gothenburg Car Terminal will become the latest facility in the port to be handed over to a private operator. The port authority today signed a 10-year concession agreement with the Swedish logistics company Logent, which will operate the terminal as “Gothenburg Car Terminal AB”. The move follows the port authority’s decision to turn itself into a municipal port authority and three separate terminal operating companies.
