Deep Sea Supply (“The Company”) has sold the two AHTS vessels “Sea Otter” and “Sea Marten”. The vessels, which are the smallest AHTS vessels in the Company’s fleet, are currently on time charter contracts to Petrobras.

The vessels were sold to an international offshore supply company at attractive prices of USD 20.2 mill per vessel, which gives the Company a significant gain. Deep Sea Supply will continue to expand its fleet worldwide and in Brazil, where the main focus will be on larger PSVs and AHTS vessels. The sale has been completed and will give a significantly positive liquidity effect for the Company. The gain will be booked in Q4 10.

Deep Sea Supply Plc (“DESSC” or “The Company”) is an offshore supply company. The Company is a shipowner and operator of several Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessels (“AHTS vessels”) and Platform Supply Vessel (“PSV”) in operation and has an extensive new building program.
