A former Shell executive has been appointed as the new chief operating office for North Sea operator Valiant Petroleum. Paul Mann starts with Valiant as its new chief operating office with effect from 1 March. Previously he was with Royal Dutch Shell for over 30 years and has worked in Europe, the Middle, and Asia, and was most recently vice president for production for Shell E&P Asia.
