In compliance with Listing Rule 12.7, MEO Australia Limited advises that Mr Michael J. F. Sweeney has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
The Audit Committee will comprise of Mr Stephen Hopley (Chairman), Mr Greg Short and Mr Michael Sweeney. Messrs Hopley, Short and Sweeney are Independent Directors.
As a consequence of the appointment, the Audit Committee complies with all of Recommendation 4.2 of the ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations.
