Humphree, the world’s leading manufacturer of Interceptor Trim Tabs, is pleased to release a new boat control system with automatic control of both trim and list.
The new Bi‐Trim Optimisation System (BTOS) offers automatic control of longitudinal trim for best performance, visibility, acceleration and fuel consumption. It also offers an automatic adjustment of boat list normally caused by wind or uneven loading. With BTOS activated the captain simply sets the target list angle, in the normal case 0°, and the system will automatically extract or retract the Interceptor, adjusting boat list to the set angle.
