Petrobras states that the mission carried out yesterday (02/24) to remove the seven Brazilians who were in Libya has been successful.
The four employees and three family members were removed from Tripoli on a flight chartered by the Brazilian builder Odebrecht, after agreements between the two companies.
Petrobras’ employees and their dependents are now on the island of Malta. They are safe, and in good health.The Company is organizing to bring them back to Brazil. Dates and arrival locations have not yet been set.
Petrobras also states it is monitoring the situation of its nearly 15 Libyan employees who remained in the country.
